Returns

You have from the time you receive the product and 14 days ahead the opportunity to exchange your product. However, only in undamaged condition! All postage of return shipments is paid by the customer. Please contact orders@theplay.dk, with tracking on the shipment so we can track the order. All return shipments should be directed to:

Refund of amounts will take up to 14 business days.
We do not require a return shipment for damaged products.

Payment

You pay via secured system through the service ePay and / or Shopify Payments. Payment by card or MobilePay will be deducted from your account when the item is being processed. All our orders are produced immediately after you place an order. Our production works according to POD - Print on Demand - your order is printed a few minutes after it has been completed via the web shop.

Therefore, you will be able to see that the amount has been pulled from your account relatively shortly after- as your order is already being processed and thus as ongoing.

24 month warranty

As a customer of THE PLAY®, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. The customer must complain within a reasonable time, which is within 24 months after the customer has established the error or defect. If this is relevant, please contact orders@theplay.dk - please remember to attach photos of the damaged product.

Complaint

Have you received your goods damaged? 

Send photo documentation of the shipment inside and outside.
Make sure the package label is visible on the image.

Creation of complaint and treatment takes 4-10 working days. The customer has the opportunity to make a claim for a complaint no later than within 5 working days.
