CELEBRATING 100 YEARS OF FOOTBALL
To mark Lyngby Boldklub’s 100-year anniversary, the club joins forces with THE PLAY® to celebrate a century of football heritage. This special collaboration pays tribute to the moments, legends, and passion that have shaped the club since 1921 — culminating in the historic 1992 championship and brought to life through exclusive artwork and fan experiences.
A limited edition artwork of 100 pieces, commemorating the decisive match of the Danish championship in 1992. Each with a unique numbering and signature.
The artwork features a special 100-year anniversary emblem and is finished with 23-carat gold detailing. Printed on fine art paper, each piece ensures exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
Every artwork is hand-signed by one of the '92-legends: Henrik 'Store' Larsen, Allan Kuhn, Claus 'Kuno' Christiansen and matchwinner Torben Frank.
On a sunny afternoon at Gentofte Stadium in 1992, Lyngby Boldklub became Danish champions. A goal by Torben Frank, following a fierce run in behind the defense by Allan Kuhn, secured a 0-1 victory in the 32nd round. 1992 was a fairytale year for Danish football as a whole — but truly also for the Royal Blues, who fielded a squad featuring some of the nation’s biggest football names, including Henrik 'Store' Larsen, Allan Kuhn, Morten Wieghorst, Claus 'Kuno' Christensen and Torben Frank himself.
